Ingredients
- Espresso – 2 shots
- Milk – 3/4 cups
- Peppermint Syrup – 2 Tbsps
- Sugar Free Cocoa Powder – 1 Tbsp
- Chocolate Sauce, optional – as much as desired
- Whipped Cream, optional – as much as desired
- Iced, cubed – as much as desired

Preparation
- Brew two shots of medium to dark espresso.
- Pour milk into a steam pitcher and add in cocoa powder and peppermint syrup.
- Froth milk, cocoa powder and peppermint syrup to combine, but do not steam so the contents stay cool. Add enough air to create foam on top.
- Line the drinking mug with chocolate sauce by rotating the mug as the chocolate sauce drips down the inside.
- Add in ice, followed by espresso and the milk mixture.
- Top the drink with whipped cream and more chocolate sauce, as much as desired.

Tips
Depending on the type and strength of peppermint syrup, add or reduce the amount for this recipe. Add crushed peppermint for a stronger flavor and crunch.
